Founded on November 1, 2020 • Military Family Month
We are dedicated to providing proactive, solution-based resources to prevent and overcome stressors related to healthcare experiences and military family life.
The Military Child Life Collective (MCLC) is a network of Certified Child Life Specialists and other psychosocial care professionals working together for a common good: To reduce the impacts of stress and trauma in military-connected children, youth, and families. We as a collective came together to support one another as military-connected professionals and families ourselves, to provide a space for connection, support, and most importantly, making research-based information and solutions easily accessible for the psychosocial and developmental well-being of military families.
